it is a Specialised Support Centre (SSC) of the European Grid Initiative (EGI) that will be created to provide continuity, cohesion and cost savings to the user communities currently served by European grid projects, and to establish collaborations with specific European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures (ESFRI) projects to set up the relevant services for these communities.
